Arastradero Habitat Restoration - Palo Alto

中文版本

If you want to help the environment, exercise, and give yourself a good excuse to wake up early on Saturday, volunteer at the Arastradero Reserve Habitat Restoration.
At the habitat restoration, we remove non-native invasive plants and weeds, plant native plants, and complete other tasks related to the reserve. Volunteer days are the second and fourth Saturdays on most months, from 9 am to 1 pm; there are usually about 20 people (mostly students doing their community service hours). Snacks are provided at about 11 am. We have volunteered a few times so far -- we always have good work-out and learn about the preserve. If you plan on volunteering, you have to RSVP by emailing: arastradero@acterra.org
