I use the free Google Analytics service (http://www.google.com/analytics), to track visitor numbers, etc. This service tracks info about visits (location, OS, browser, etc.). Under something called "Source", I saw that 5 visits were from "proxy.police.gov.hk" on the day I sent the email to HKP.
